Our Board of Directors is composed of passionate community members and business leaders committed to driving growth and fostering a vibrant, thriving Hartsville. Stephanie Dennis is the Executive Assistant at Trousdale Medical Center where she has been employed since 2004. After receiving her Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Tennessee Technological University, she married Will Dennis and together they have 2 sons, Westin and Trentin. Stephanie is a life-long resident of the Templow Community in Trousdale County.
Jenesia Ellis is the Branch Manager and a Loan Officer at Wilson Bank & Trust. Jenesia grew up in Trousdale County and has served its banking needs since 2006. She is also a Library Board Trustee for Fred A. Vaught Library and a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University with a B.S. in Leadership. She enjoys hiking, reading, photography, and watching her son play baseball.
Shelby Perry is a Loan Officer/Deposit Operations at First National Bank where she has worked since 2014. Shelby was raised in Trousdale County and is a graduate of Tennessee Tech University with a B.S. in Accounting. She enjoys the outdoors, spending time with her family, and watching her 2 daughters play sports.
Jack McCall was elected Hartsville/Trousdale County Mayor in September 2022. He has a diverse professional background, including livestock marketing, electronic marketing research for government departments, and executive management positions in financial services and healthcare industries. He is also a renowned professional speaker, having delivered talks on business concepts and everyday life.
Ms. Dansby is employed by Tennessee Central Economic Authority as their Executive Administrator since August 5, 2016. She comes to TCEA with an extensive background in Management, Sales, Accounting, and Finance. Strong administrative professional with an associate degree in business administration and management. A Macon County Native, Kelsey lives in Trousdale County with her two children.
Jerry Richmond has served the Hartsville-Trousdale Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors as President twice in the past 20 years. He is also the Charter President of the Rotary Club of Hartsville. Jerry is beginning his 35th year of providing play-by-play for the Yellow Jackets covering more than 400 games. He is a native of Hartsville entering the world at the Hartsville General Hospital.
Stanley Farley is General Manager of Advanced Propane Hartsville office which he helped open in September 2014. A Macon County native, born in Trousdale co, where he spent growing up although lived across the county line in Macon county. Stanley has 30 years of experience in the propane industry. Stanley was the Mid Tennessee Director for TPGA in 2013-2020 and served as president in 2019.
Racheal Petty is a Trousdale County native and MTSU grad (BBA – Finance). She has worked in transportation and logistics since 2003. Currently, she is the CFO for Tennessee Contract Carriers, Inc. and serves as the District E (Districts 4 & 8) school board member for Trousdale County. Racheal enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 daughters, reading, planting flowers, and helping others.
Macey Hawkins is a Trousdale County native who is employed by the Tennessee College of Applied Technology in Hartsville where she serves as the Dual Enrollment Coordinator. Macey graduated from Tennessee Tech University with her bachelor’s degree in sociology with a concentration in social work, and she is currently studying to get her master’s in education with a concentration in higher education.
